Skiing trip in White Tail

i went for my first skiing lesson last Tuesday.

I woke up groggy that morning reason being

1. i slept at 3 in the morning (because i was watching Hoarders on TV)

which brings me to the next point....

2. I wasn't on my bed, i was on my friend's sofa

Confuse????

OK, let me paint a picture so that it can be clear...

i went to my friend's place on Monday as we will be leaving early on Tuesday.

as i haven't watch TV for a long time, i stayed up all night watching TV..lolx!

so that brings us back having me waking up feeling groggy...lol~

so now that everyone is on the same page, i will continue.

as i wake up and look at my phone which is right beside me it shows "7 AM"

i sat up and listen. the house is still. turn and look at the other side of the room where my friend is sleeping on the other sofa. She is still fast asleep. I went back to sleep.

Noises started to come to me when my phone shows "8 AM"

i got up reluctantly and began washing up. By washing up, i mean brush my teeth, put on my contacts and change my clothes...oh and of course go peepee XD

as i put on layers and layers of stocking for fear that my feet will freeze, i friend gave me a pair of water proof pants for skiing. holding it up infront of me, i fear the worst...

"what if it doesn't fit me?? what should i do then??"

luckily, i manage to struggle into that tiny pants of hers..lolx~

well, to tell the truth, i manage to button it up...but then later when i started to ski the button just pop open~ lmao, well, i will continue that chapter later on...

so! when i got ready, while waiting, Ms Jill was being very motherly, she started to pack stuff to munch~ i grab a couple of oranges and a box of blue berry. was REALLY making myself at

home... shame on me...*my mom would be shaking her head now*

moving on, we all got into the Audi at 8.45 AM and is on our way~

it was a 45min drive from her place. the ride was pleasant as there was three girls in the car including me, and we were bullying my friend's husband all the way. poor guy.

"i never wanna travel with three girls again, at least when it comes to opinion, i will keep it to myself as i know it's no use putting in my two cents" was what he said during one of an argument we had in the car.like that would make a difference..lolx, his wife was one of the girls in the car..no use arguing with u wife right??

so! when we were there, i can see a high mountain in front of me.

they assure me that i wouldn't be going on that hill, it's waaaaay smaller...

i skip all the part where i fill up forms to get ALLLLLLLL the equipment and boots and stuff.

I was outside now on the snow, on my skis and is trying very hard to get to the other end.

the couple is already gone, snowboarding of course.

and Ms Jill is nowhere to be seen.

well, then i'll start without her.

i finally reach the other end where there is a class going on.

it was a group of 3 people. all white, 2 girls and 1 guy.

the trainer ask if i was joining them and i said yes, he gave me an impatience look, even though his all suit up with the goggle and ski cap, i don't know how i manage to conclude that he gave me an impatience look..lolx!

after 25mins of learning Ms Jill finally appear. when she join,again with that impatience look =.=

he was teaching us all the basis and i some how CANNOT master the technique of turning!!

dammmmmmmiiittttt~!!!!! was so frustrated ~

after several frustrating minutes...the trainers change shifts..we did some more practice before we went up the bunny hill (a little info the bunny hill refers to those ppl who don't know how to

ski..have u heard of a Lounge Bunny, well it refers to a girl dress in ski equipment but will be in the lounge or bar relaxing)

when i started skiing down the Bunny hill, the feeling was AWESOME!!!

i cannot begin to describe that feeling...it's like nothing i have EVER experience before. i feel scare and excited at the same time.

I guess i can describe it like driving a car at a very high speed.

and the exciting part is u just learning to drive an hour ago and at that moment, u are just driving like there is no tomorrow.

that was how i felt, i went down the hill without even realizing how i manage to control the skis, i even know how to turn and break~LOLX!!!! it was AMAZING~!!! was like my body knows what to do...

so what do one do when u feel that nothing can stop u???

well of course, i went for a bigger challenge...the bunny hill no longer interest me...

i went up up up up up up and finally came to the top....

and then i went down~ without fear~...until i was speeding so fast that my heart felt like it was trying to get out, i was SURE that i was going to fall on my face, well if not my face something else...BUT i land perfectly well at the bottom!! Can u believe it??!! OMG~~ it was THE most wonderful thing ever~!!!

and then i went up again..and again..and again..but i fell, and fell and fell..lol! u know laaaa...

when u become cocky u just stop being careful..i finally stop when fell and my head was the break for the fall..lol! it was awful...hahhahahahahah...

but i was still laughing when i got up...

the next day i wasn't laughing anymore..all the soreness that was on my neck was unbearable...i couldn't even turn my next...Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!

oh ya, i forgot about Jill..she fell 5 times on her first try for the higher hill with me.

every time she fell it was a different position..lol! head first, butt first, all her stuff flew away from all the way to the left to the bottom of the hill! i really find it funny when we fall, and when u get up all ur stuff are no longer on u..lol!! u will be looking for it, ur goggles, ur skis, the stick thingy, ur snow cap....just EVERYtHINg is gone from u...ahahahahahahah..and ppl will be skiing down the hill and help collect all ur belongings from every where~~

i would be embarrassed if it didn't look so funny~

all in all it was a GREAT experience..i would LOVE to go again if i have the chance ^^

i woke up on Thursday to find that my dear roomie is preparing breakfast for me ^^

she cook eggs Benedict for me~!!how sweet of her...it was delicious...

i make myself pretty and went out for lunch with Mr. Joe ;)

we went to this korean buffet call Il Mee Buffet Restaurant for lunch~

OMG~!! it was sooo great!!! it's only $14 per peson and u can barberque as much meat as u want..

it's exactly the same as the bbq in a korean restaurant~

we ate sooo much!!!

i couldn't even stand up straight any more...

Joe said that it would be our last outing as he will be leaving the States...

his going back to Thailand for a while and then he will move to Florida..

i hope i will see him again..

it's kind of sad to see people leave...

what's even worse..after that lunch i had to go to a farewell party for Andy...

My FAV american guy who always manage to smile on my face...

he was the person who nickname me Dumpling...lolx...

the farewell was in a place name Buffalo's and billiard in dupont circle...

it has a pool table and a board games which was amazing when everyone is playing...

as we went there during happy hour there wasnt much ppl around...so here are some photos...

The beginning of 2012

first and foremost, A very happy new year to everyone.

It's the beginning of a new year. I can still remember like it was yesterday that last year the same day, i was in London getting drunk with friends, count down to the new year and then getting on the subway back to my hotel.

Nothing much has change other then i am one year older and a lil wiser then before(if that is even possible XD )

Things i'v accomplish/experience good or bad through out the year:

1.Got a BBA degree

2.had a boyfriend( well, with the obvious past tense)

3.met a German girl that became one of my good friend quickly

4.Also a couple of HK ppl that i miss dearly now

5.Travel to 5 different countries in 3 weeks (well, basically it was a combination of year 2010 and 2011)

6.Had a photo with a HAWT model in US

7. Got to see a REAL frigging rainbow

8. Had my first Secret Santa

9. Visited Atlantic City, New York City, Alexandria(Old Town)

and DC

10. Heard a story from a guy who experience God's presents.

11. Realize that the world is not a pretty place(well, i know that it wasn't....but didn't expect that it would be that terrible)

12. Learn to pretend to like someone even when i hate that person to the bone (exp: roommate, boss)

13. Had my FIRST Korean roomie...which sometimes was a pain in the ass, but i love her dearly~

14. Brought LOTS of electronic stuff with my OWN money (camera, ipad)

15. EARN my own money

16. have my OWN apartment

17. move a bed frame from the dumpster where the guy just throw it out and drag it across one block to my own apartment and up 3 flight of stairs (there was this embarrassing moment when i have to wait for the lights to turn green and continue to d

rag it across the road with the pedestrian and cars staring straight at me T.T)

18. Also move a mirror as tall as i am across 5 blocks...

come to think of it....i've been vy busy moving stuff around..lolx!

i'll stop here...there a way too much to write~

so yeah! i had an eventful year...what about u?

on other matters,

I spend the whole day eating with Joe, the lil chef from Thailand.

we went to this Thai Restaurant call Bangkok Noddles and then we went grocery shopping in Fresh Market...and the Maggie came and join us~

Joe made us a salad for starter, Greens with roasted chicken and slice apple with lemon and cili slice as sauce

for our main, it was a kind of curry that is sweet and stream fish with Joe's special fish sauce ^^

It's December already.

I arrive 6 months ago knowing nothing about what should i do at the end of the year...also hoping that i will be able to figure what i want at the end of the year. sadly, that is not the case.

It's a rainy day today, Hanna has just left me. I think that's y i'm feeling down now...the house feel so empty right now...

Christmas has come and gone...

right now i'm waiting for new years....

We had a Christmas Party from BDT am shift...

I've barely made it!!!

my parents were here and they just went back 2 days ago~ time really flies huh...

one minute i just land from the plane few hours ago and in a blink of an eye, it's been half year...

LOTS have been going on since my last post...

i really have to apologies...

well, for starters, my birthday has come and gone...

what happen in between was my family flew in from Malaysia just to come see me and celebrate my birthday ^^, was in Atlantic City and now is preparing for Christmas.

Muack muack!! love them to death...*even though some times they are a pain in the ass*

They were here on the 26th of November...

Unfortunatly i had to work on that day, so aftre work i went straight to the station to fetch them...

but as usual, i was late...lolx!!

after thatm we went straight to the hotel that i book or them..

It's the State Place Hotel near Foggy Bottom. the place is quite nice except that there is no FREE WIFI...Zzzzzz

have to pay....some more got two lobby...Zzzz..very kanasai....there was once where i didn't know that i was in the other lobby, and i was on the phone with my lil brother..i told him to come down get me because i don't know what room number they are in... and the terrible thing was he told me that he was actually in the lobby right then as we speak...i had goose bump and chill was running down my spine....it was scary as hell... i was describing everything i can see in the lobby to confirm that we were actually in the same place..and he said the same thing.. O.O

and i even ask him about seeing a girl in white with a hat...and he said he can see her too..OMFG~!!!!!!! we are in a different world now,was shouting in my mind at that moment....

at that time i was beginning to feel ridiculous, i don't actually believe that i manage to kill myself without knowing right??!! so i went to a human(actually it's the receptionist laa)
"excuse me, do u have another lobby?" was what i ask.

"yes, it's on the other side, the only difference is, over here there is a christmas tree, and there;s none on the other side..."

"==" was my reaction....

" do u have a Christmas tree there?" i ask into the phone.(while hoping he say no, but at the back of my quite mind was thinking if he says yes, that mean either one of us is dead T.T)

"err...no~" he replied..

"thank god~!!! i'm come to u now"

so there! all that panic for nothing...Zzzzzzzzzz

so the first day spend the day shopping...actually the whole trip was a SHOPPING trip..but yeah, the first day we were in Coach the whole day.

Gosh, everything was so cheap..lol!

the next day, Adidas~ mom brought a pair~ oh ya, we also went to Skechers and brought some shoes...and also G for Guess...

it has been a while since my last entry~

a lot has happen, and i was in a busy state but all the same i have no excuse.

recently i have been going to work late...the day before yesterday it got even worse! i was late for an hour...any how, since there are so many things to update, i'll just touch and go some matters~

first, i got my first INSTANT camera~

the thing is, i brought the camera but haven't buy the films yet..lolx!!

it's from Fujifilm and the model is a mini 7s~

oh ya, i had my first experience of American house party...

it was GREAT fun!! i got to know a lot of people and they all played beer pong~!!

something that i always dream of playing~haahhh..

but i didn't participate just cause I'm a cheap drinker...

so the house was so pack!! there was like about 50 to 80 people in that house..it was a two storey house with a REALLY small back yard..

i really like it here cause the people are just so spontaneous and friendly, granted that I'm not the social-able type in big parties but i really like to be around parties like that some times.

had A LOT of booze yesterday...my friend kept saying " SHOTS" and the he will go make shots for everyone...ZZzzzzzzzzzzzz...

i remember shouting at him in my daze n tipsy state " what IS wrong with U???"

and he shout back "what is wrong with YOU?!!!" it was hilarious~!!

he will be passing shooter glasses around and then forcing people to drink.

too bad i was too busy getting drunk..lolx!! or else i would have snap some photos~

However, my ex-classmates from Switzerland came to visit me in DC. Both, Atiqah and Susie are also doing their internship in the States. Atiqah is in New York while Susie is in Richmond.

So they spend two days here, and took that two days off. we went to the white house and the we were on an eating spree~

first it was late breakfast, then lucnh, then dessert and then some bubble tea and also frozen yogurt and then it was time for dinner ==

i know...ridiculous...lolx!!

also went to this place~ it sells A LOT of teas~ and also lets u smell them.

La Tomate is an Italian restaurant where we had our dinner. The food was alright but the server was really rude...my gosh~ i was so pissed!!

this is a post about the first day i met Jill and Ayman ^^

as u can see in previous post, the two of them are present.

and if ur my friend on Facebook, u might have seen some of this photos...

anyway, Jill is a friend that i got to know through the agent.

She is in Taylor's like me, but she's a Filipino...

as for Ayman, his her cousin, that's how i got to know them.

i can still remember our first meeting,

they were downstairs, in front of my apartment.

Jill didn't have a place to stay at that time and she was looking for a place to stay,

so she decided to come to my place and take a look~

after looking around my apartment,

we decided to go out for a walk around the neighborhood...

we went around Dupont circle

we even stop by a Thai restaurant to have some sushi~ lolx, i know..weird choice to eat sushi in a Thai restaurant..

and at last we went to a restaurant near my place...for some drinks....

Tuesday(13 September) i took a bus to New York after work.

it was a beautiful day ^^

i manage to finish work early that day and so i stay a lil while more in the hotel for a light lunch.

i then walk to DuPont metro station and got down in union metro station which is the place that we agreed on meeting.oh ya, i forgot, i'm going with a friend that i met here but is also from

Taylor's(my previous college in Malaysia) after some trouble looking for the Megabus bus stop,

we manage to get on the double deck bus.

We choose to sit on top which fortunately it wasn't full. We sat separately as to have more room for ourselves. After 4 hours in the bus, we reach New York city at about 10 at night.

Jill called her cousin(Ayman) as his suppose to fetch us.

but after ~~many~~ ~~bunch~~ ~~a ton~~ some phone calls, we manage to find one another..lolx!!

Besides Ayman, Phil was there as well(Ayman brought him along~) so, my holiday begins.

we went around Times Square(which isn't square at all).

It's a looooong stretch of road where there are a lot of shops(Forever 21, Aeropostale, Billa Bong and etx) and artist on the road trying to make a living.

It's something intersting coz they have camera in every corner and so we are in the billboard.

Recently i have been thinking a lot...
about stuff, everything..from the food i eat, the way i look, how i work,how i feel to how my family and friends are in msia or any parts of the world...
i guess i have too much fee time thinking about stuff like this.
I ask myself, what do i want from life?
every day, every minute, what do i live for?
till this day, i still don't have an answer.
u ask me, what do i want? i will only say, i want the best for my family.
other than that, doesn't matter...

there are times i feel like i know that person, but actually I'm wrong, in fact some times so wrong that i regret knowing them.but i guess this is life. There are always regrets and i have to move on.

Today i ask a college of mine
"why do i feel so tired?, even if i slept like 10hours yesterday?"
i was expecting him to say that i sleep too much.
but instead he answered
"well u have to go out and spend that energy, u know like when u have a bf, u can have sex or u can go exercise"
it then hit me that i really need to get out more...not about the sex part, but about the energy part...what i realize is that I'm not really happy being here..not like i feel despair...but just lonely...
it's not that i don;t go out with frens..just that i dun feel like i belong.
u know the saying, "home is where the heart is?" well, it's exactly what i feel.

yesterday one of my college's dad flew from Germany to come see my college...

it's so nice to know that ur dad is here to see u rite ;)

i almost tear when i saw her ran to her dad..lolx!!

i just came bak from dinner ^^

as i haven't seen Jill for a while now, so i ask her out...she introduce me to a couple that she is staying with~they are really nice people...anyway we had korean in a restaurant name honey pig.

it's a Korean restaurant in Virginia...

about 30 mins traveled by car~

anyway, we had beef Brisket, Bulgogi, intestine and some pork for BBQ

it's not as nice as the one that i had in Dorea..lolx, maybe it's coz in Dorea i have my family with me and therefore the food taste better..but it's not bad..the place is not the usual american restaurant style but it's like a totally different place...it's a big wide place with tables and chairs that is movable...u know, like the ones that we set up for a house party without the red cloths on top..lolx!

yes ppl, u read it correctly...

i went to church =.=

well, i was feeling a lil lonely, also i wanted to pray for my family and frens back home..

so i attended the 12.10 mass in St Matthew.

I was looking around yesterday and my older brother suggested that i go to this one..

it's only 10mins walk..so quite near~

i came out as soon as i was done (coz in the morning i had Skype session with my parents, love u guys!)but in the end i was also late..lolx, coz i got lost on the way there..

i took the wrong turning..and end up in the wrong direction.

anyway, the mass was really simple and fast...also there are not much ppl around....maybe coz it's a Wednesday.

it was really different from the Mass in Malaysia.

but all things aside, the cathedral is beautiful.

It's my off day again~~ weeeeeeee~~

last week I just got my salary, so what else to do then shop??

Caroline and I came out from the apartment early in the morning and went to the Washington Center to request for out DC id for the second time around...mana tau....STILL cannot...have to give some other documents also must be sign for the owner la...so KNS...

so to de-stress...i went shopping in UrbanOutfitters...i brought a dress from there...wanted to get the speaker..mana tau, in the end i didnt...wanna wait some more...i promise myself my next salary i will get it..lolx..

and then we went to Pentagon City Mall, to do all the shopping require..muahahhahaha~~~

at the end of the day i got body lotion from Victoria Secret, face powder from Sophora, a few sets of earrings and some clothes...over all i spend about $160 @@

haix....i wonder how am i going to bring my stuff back..lolx!!

Six Flag and Current Sushi(upstairs)

my off days were in Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

since the other girls were also off so we decide to have spend a day in Six Flag ^^

For those who don't know what is Six Flag, it's an amusement park equipped with roller coasters and stuff that you can find in Genting Theme Park...but way much better~

so i have some photos before we went on the rides~

and then when we finally reach, the bus took about an hour and a half to reach =.=

so while waiting, we did some random stuff..

the day was GREAT..until i throw up after all the exiting rides...lolx, it's the first time..

i guess i'm getting old..

i forget how many rides we went up but the last one was my limit...

it's called the "Batman" ride, where the ride it self is to lie down.

not like the one in Genting but, this is REALLY like ur lying own on the bed..

and the tracks is like twisting a bottel cap, u will see the sky and then the floor, the sky and then the floor and then sky and then the floor again..i can go on forever, but i get what i mean...lolx...

so yeah..

imagine after riding in COUNTLESS extreme ride like this...would u puke??

well, looking at the tracks doesn't really help me eleborate ur imagination...

the ice cream part was right after work on Wednesday..

it was a H.O.T day as u all know if u had watch the news about United States having the heat wave all over....*sweating*

I went to George Town WaterFront for some delicious ice Cream~

the view was AMAZING~!!

actually that day, Shankar have to pick up his adorable son and so i get to meet him!!

it was an interesting day for me yesterday

i was in Smithsonian ppl!!!

i went there hoping to see what i saw in "A night at the museum 2"

mana tau, totally disappointing....not even the slightest resembles...

they did however use some artifacts that came from Smithsonian..

the place was sooo BIG

but we manage to go to two museum and a gallery~

the famous Natural History museum and the American History museum~

so i'll let the photos do the talking~

yeassh~~~ i got another phone ppl~ and my number change again..i didn't want to...but then i had no choice, i change to another service provider call Cricket~ they had this plan to trade in ur old phones and they will give u a free phone, i choose this phone~

It's exactly how mine looks like~ i have unlimited calls and messaging, as well as unlimited internet access...only have to pay $55 per month...

not really fun..lolx!

i can actually put A TON of words on that title but I'm too lazy right now..

it's been awhile people~~what have u guys been up to?

As for me, I am having the time of my life!!

nah~

lolx, not really THAT fun...but i can't complain...

DC is a beautiful city and it's not as hectic as NY per say..

what i really love about this place is that it's just so darn green here..u know u watch the movies or tv shows...like ghost whisperer or desperate housewives? well, the street is something like that..but more of a ghost whisperer scene...they is ALWAYS people jogging here..and i mean ALWAYS..no matter what time i come out of my apartment, there is some one jogging, i kid u not!

also, people here really like the sun...they will sit at the park and read or eat directly under the sun...lolx..i know, it's weird...the stuff here are considerably cheap if u see as dollar to a dollar ^^

i am always planning on what to buy and where to go before i even get my pay check..haix...bad habit..

oh and another vy important thing, the food here are really fattening, even if i only eat like a meal per day i can get fat..so they say be careful what u eat..and there are TONS of low fat products here..people here very self-conscious...

Surprisingly I am the ONLY Malaysian here....T.T

and there are 2 Asian from China...

The day before yesterday, I went out with a fren(I just got to know her on that day) she was suppose to come to my place to take a look at the apartment and then after that we went for dinner (she brought her cousin along, his a citizen of the United States)

so went and had sushi in a Thai restaurant..the night was fun...at least it wasn't bad knowing these two people ^^

oh ya, i told u that i still dun have a camera right..so i got photos from him(the cousin, his name is Ayman)

Life in Washington DC

So far I have been able to adapt to this life now..

yesterday i was just thinking, so this is my life now...

I kind of like it..i don't have a camera right now..so i can't get all of these beautiful view into the blog..but i'll let ur imagination do the talking...

This place is full of greens and it is near the white house.

there is constanly helicopter flying around and police car roaming around the place but not until u feel insecure.

People here are very friendly and the cars give way to the pedestrian.

Maybe it's because of the human rights are very strong here, so there is no discrimination here...at least i don;t feel it...people here don't look at you with a weird expression if u dress weirdly or maybe ur just crazy...i'm saying this coz there are some weird people around and people just act normal around them...

oh ya, everyone here is constantly jogging..no matter what time of day i come out of my house, there is always someone running...also, people here are very health conscious...everything here is low fat or sugar free..i can't even find my full cream milk T.T

Today, i finally open my bank account and found a bed~~

weee..i feel so good now..and i went shopping for my dinner ^^

all in al, today is a great day..even though it drizzle a lil...

oh ya, before i forget..

i went dinner with Virginia and her mom yesterday..she was a sweet heart..

really nice family..

even though she don't speak a word of english..hahah...

Gillian was translating the whole night...

and i did a stupid thing again....i wanted to pay for my meal....

Washington DC here I come

moving on~

after the tremendous endless suffocating 22 hours of my life, I finally got down from the plane and landed safely in NY

of course in between, i transit in Frankfurt(Germany) which i feel ridiculous, coz they(the airline) force us to get down the place with all out luggage and the go back up again...what's even more funny is straight after u exit, then there is an arrow pointing to the right for my flight(SQ 26) and then after I turn right, there is the transit information telling me that gate 4 is open for boarding...feel annoyed and tired i look for gate 4 MANA TAU, gate 4 is on the right...u get what i mean??? i am making a U turn..as in the gate is right behind the exit...== so i;m like going around...and they check the boarding tickets again...

and to make my day more miserable, dunno y that lady maybe she's just plain bored, decides to pick me as someone to chat with...I AM IN NO MOOD TO CHAT &%$%@#$%$#!@$#%%

she was telling me how the US government never inform the interns about certain information la, how they recently found out la, how they have to be the bad person to turn the students away la....haix...my head adi so heavy, eyes so dry...with OILY hair plus my body smells..so yeah! i'm in no mood to chit chat with u lady..but of course..i smile and collaborate loo...apa boleh buat..

so back to NY, when i reach, and finally figure out how to get a ticket for metro and the air Train, I stand from the airport station to Penn Station which took about 45 mins...y i stand? u ask? coz my backpack is too bloody big and the seat they make so bloody kedecut..soo smallll...Zzzzzzz...wanna go in also a problem...not considerate...haix....so all the way the back pack is on my shoulder ><

by the time i reach the place where i am suppose to go on the bus, it was on 12.30pm...I brought the 4.30pm ticket...so trying my luck, i went and get in line for the bus...

coz the terms and condition is that if i have a ticket i can get on an earlier or later schedule IF there is still place left on the bus. After lining up a while, i saw that there was a lot of people and lots of them having a ticket...i was about to give up and grab y bags but when i turn the bus pull over..my timing was never better....

everyone rush infront, and the lady driver says that only the 1 clock ticket is allowed..even the 1.30 is not allowed...><

so I step back..was going to give up when i saw the 1.30 bus pulled over behind the first one...that was when i hesitated..should i try my luck behind of should i just ask the lady driver to take me...When i was about to go for the first choice, a guy came down the bus and said he got on the wrong bus....

while he was taking his bags, i went up the the lady driver and ask if i can take his place...since she was already leaving, y not take me along right...

and she let me in ^^

i doze off on the bus after a while, i didn't manage to relax because i was sitting next to a guy and i was afraid i would snore...u know, i will when i'm tired...and i was...tired is not even the word, exhausted is more like it. the girls behind me kept on laughing on something, so i kept on waking up...the trip is suppose to about 4 hours,...but it took me 6 hours..lolx!

coz traffic jam lo....

when i reach, i felt energetic..dunno y... so i wanted to change my plan to taking the train...

but experience told me that this energy is going to drain out quite soon...so i went to take the taxi...when the taxi drove me to the apartment, i couldn't get anyone to open the door for me...i tried the intercome but i think it's broken..Zzzzz....

sitting on the steps for like about 10 mins telling myself that I have get up and find a payphone...but my arms and legs are not moving...lolx....

so i just sat there..looking at passer by, hoping that they will stop and offer some aid...

what happen was i got tired and went straight up to a lady and ask to borrow her phone to call...surprisingly, she was happy to help,she got her phone out immediately and dial the number..MANA TAU, the number i have is one number short ><

so she showed me where i can get internet access, it was really nice of her..she even ask me whether I have dollars to buy a drink o not...i feel so happy at that time...so nice of her to help me...^^ u know they say god comes in different form? well, yesterday he was that woman.

After i got on to the web, a quick call to my dad and then i dial the new number that i have gotten from the internet left by Gillian(my new house mate)

Well, that was yesterday....

today was a whole new different experience...

lucky i learn how does the street name go...

I had an appointment with the HR department at 1..

i went out at 10 and walk around to get myself familiarize....

the thing is, this place every where is like the same..so what i do is i look for the street name...

normally i would just look for land marks..but over here is just impossible...

one that i do have to say is that the town house are really beautiful...

i went around the hotel, and got a welcome letter from HR...

something interesting happen today,

I went to this supermarket to do some groceries shopping,

and the staffs was really friendly...

they would come out and ask if they can help with anything...

at first i reject it, but finally when i saw that there are two pricing for the product i ask what was it..he told me that it's the club discount card and that i can apply it there and then.so i did and then i ask him about the disposable phone,he showed me the ropes....

what was getting weird is that he ask me give my number to him..said when i need someone to talk to i can call him or when he needed some1 he can call me.....

......*speechless*........

i just smiled....and walk off....

what happen next was even worst...

when i paid for my groceries, he help put all my stuff into the bags...while, I notice he didn't help others...getting creepier by the minute...i was trying to stay my distance already, by the time i was buying the phone with another man, he disappear to my relieve...

but when i got out of the supermarket....

he was there...waiting...

*super creepy*

he came over and said this

" so, next week Wednesday dinner?"

he saw my shock face and i was shaking my head awkwardly...

"NO???" he shouted

and then he took out a knife and stab me....

nah,i was just joking..lolx!

after i rejected him i went home...

but he was still fine when i left, so i guess i'm safe for now..lolx...

i'm tired..i wanna take a nap now ^^

I'm tired of starting my blog post apologizing for the late update..lolx!!

i know..it's been weeks since i last updated..

So recently I have been busy preparing for my internship in Washington..

and no, it's not compulsory I'm doing it willingly.

Right now, I have just arrive to my new home ^^

It all started about 30 hours ago when i first boarded the flight from Malaysia.

When I reach Singapore at about 9, i chat with Diny till the gate open which was at 11 p.m

so what happen was that I went in the plane hoping that a good looking guy would sit next to me for the next 22 hours of the flight...guess who i found next to me??? a small girl about 7 years old, and what's worse is that she can't keep her mouth shut....to make it even worse than it is, her YOUNGER brother is sitting right next to her =.=

and so the journey began....

an hour.....

two hour....

three hour.....

fourth hour: meal time...eat....

fifth hour: movie.......

sixth hour....hmmmm....

seventh hour....this is getting a lil annoying....

eighth hour....another movie...

and the for the rest of it, I lost track of time...it was like endless @$^%$@%$#%!#$%@

most of the time I feel like a pig being prepare to slaughter...

WHY u ask WHY???

because they feed u like every 2 hours and comes around with drinks every hour and u just SIT there eating, drinking, sleeping, and then back to eating again....until u wanna go take a leak....

oh ya, u know when u board an aircraft, the cabin crew would provide u hot towels to freshen up?

Well, my dad use to just wipe his hands on it...dun usually encourage to wipe the face cause he says he don't know where the towel was used when other people before him uses the the towel.

I finally know where....while i was wiping my hands...2 rows in front of me to the left, I saw...

it pains me to say this...

I saw a lady wiping her toes and feet...

what makes it so disgusting is she even goes in between her toes....yerrrrrr...

and when I turn to my right*that's where the lil girl and boys are* the mother of the two was putting the towel on her face and fell asleep....even more yerrrrrrrrrrrr....just to think that before some1 uses it to wipe in between toes......

A Trip to USS

Last Friday I head up to Singapore with my family~

well, technically, my two brothers was replace by my cousin Mimi and my sis's fren Celia..

so, my reason for being there was to go experience the 'exciting' Universal Studio Singapore...

But i was greatly disappointed by the weather and the size of the place...furthermore of my bad

condition of having a headache and fever the day before...

It was unfortunate for me to feel such irritation because of my own condition and the weather was not helping at all!

well, feeling uneasy means NO extreme rides for me...

*let me repeat myself*

NO EXTREME RIDES!!!

I mean what is the purpose of me being there when I can't ride on the stuff that i want?! the EXCITING stuff T.T

Back to that day, so we all got up early and took the MRT to Marina Bay where we got on the FREE shuttle bus to Sentosa island~

The reason y I capitalized the free word was that, according to Ms Celia the bus is suppose to be free but that stupid bus driver ask for 3dollars when we reach the stop...well, being Malaysians, we didn't pay and got off the back door...muahahhahah~ *dun try this kids*

Went all pretty up to Taylor's yesterday~

I was invited by Mr Sunny Chew for a performance that will be orchestra by him.

of course when i say 'invite', it doesn't mean that it's free...hahah...

The nite was great actually...

I was there to support Sunny as well as to meet up with my friends..

so there is no complains about the missing of beat as well as the off key singing..lolx!

I spend the day fasting and then went down to St John's church for the afternoon Mass...

Well, as some of u may know that today is known as Good Friday, it was the day that Jesus died on the cross.

This brings back the memories when i have to learn about all the stories when Jesus was crucified on the cross, Judas, one of Jesus disciple cross Him three times...Why u may be wondering, did i brought this up?

Because recently i have just discover that LadyGaga is singing a song about Judas.

I'm not sure how i feel about it right now as i haven't decide whether is it...u know...

moving on, after the TWO hour session of mass, i arrive home with a gloomy sky...

I met up with the gang on Saturday, too bad Diny didn't make it...it was something that i wouldn't miss ^^

so, let's see, it has been a while since i mention about these people...

it's weird to think that i know Lin all this time and yet i haven't been able to have a good catching up with her...but that night was great as we manage to be like good old times...

how i miss this...

Anyway, i was late for the dinner and i was practically running to Chili's..in heels...rofl!!

i was late therefore, ordered late..but my meal was the first one to arrive

Today's post is dedicated to the youngest of the family...

I happen to came out of my room and came across my lil brother talking to my mom while she was on the computer...He was holding a book while my mom was ending her sentence "... will talk when you finish..." and end with a sarcastic laugh~

Well, being noisy, I thought "finish what?" and i went and peak at the title of the book that my brother which he was still holding.

"NEGOTIATING TACTICS"

He would go through any length...this brother of mine...LOLX!!

Looking at him(in the mean time, he is SERIOUSLY reading that book), it reminds me of when he was just a lil boy...where i would make up stories and tricks to bully him(still do sometimes XD)

He had grown to be more mischievous in his own ways

I can still remember when he was only 4 or 5, he got his first piggy bank, he was so happy that he would just go around the house and put whatever money he can find into his lil piggy bank. It all started fine, and u may think that it's cute

coz back then he was all chubby and short, curly short hair with his round lil face and big round glasses and of cause his famous long eye lashes XD

but NOT to the 10 year old me...ROFL, i can still remember i hate him to guts because he stole my money and put it into his piggy bank..and worse of all, we have no way of opening that piggy bank...

all the other family members are missing money and soon, we all found out it was that cute looking innocent brother of ours...LMAO!!!!

So, i have been waiting for an email from the person in charge to reply due to some difficulties that i have experience...

This movie SUCKS!!!! the whole movie is so exaggerated...blood will always be spatting out even if it was just some random shot...and then there is a shot in the eye, and the scene where a guy is kill with a base ball bat broken into two...u will get what i mean when u watch that ridiculous movie~

Anyway, U heard that Nicholas Cage is bankrupt right?? he owes the IRS $6.3 million and the $2 million to the bank....that's y i am guessing that he is accepting any job that comes his way...ROFL!!

my advise to myself, don't go watch the shows that he is in again.... ^^

i have been neglicting my blog since i got back.

well, recently my friends went and just got from France.

u rmb that scene that where the Lindy's drug addict dad was threaten by the dealers?

well, the scene was done with such simplicity that it doesn't make much sense...

i mean where the hell was the dad when Lindy was kick down from the stairs, and why the hell would the dad agree to send the daughter to a weird, ugly stranger for his own daughter safety?

it all started so ridiculously.

First stop: Budapest, Hungrary

If u guy had read about my previous post about my trip, or rather u browse through it coz it has too many words, then i have good news for u, i am re writing that post but with PHOTOS in it..yeah!!!

When we first arrive ^^

So, as i mention before, the first day in Budapest was so cold..i can’t remember what was the temperature but it was damn cold !!!!! we had our first dinner at a pizza place where we met a good looking Hungarian guy ^^

The second day we went to the Heroes Square as well as Meseum of Fine Arts and Arts Gallery. We also spend some time in the city part as well as the Vajdahunyad Castle. I was damn cold and i brought a new cap ^^

After all that sight seeing, it was time to meet up with Siu Bo,
she was in the hotel the whole day coz she need to finish up a report...

So after meeting up with Siu Bo, we went and have our dinner.
To celebrate our first day of out holiday we decide to go for a good looking Italian restaurant...
This was consider our First Budapest dinner.....in an Italian restaurant...i know...hahahah!!!

Day 3 we explore the Buda Castle District where there are the Fisherman’s Bastion, Buda Castle as well as the Matthian Church. Most of the time we were in doors as it was FREEZING outside. I can still remmeber that my boots was really ruin T.T anyway, back to the topic we took pic of the city in the castle as it is situated on the mountain.

Day 4 we explore the Pest side of Budapest. We went to St Stephen Basilica, Hungarian State Opera House which we didn’t pay to go in cause it was too late and it was too damn expensive. And then we took a bunch of photos of the view of Buda and Pest…LOLX !!!

Since my photos are all over the place right now, i would just have to skip all the parts and choose a topic to blog about. U get what i mean?? i just mean that i will not follow the sequence to blog like starting fro Budapest then Vienna then Prague and so on so forth..i will may start from the recent one and then back track....so some where in the middle...but dun worry, i will try not to be too confusing...

so i choose to talk about my new year eve.

at that time i was in London.

To not confuse u, i was first in Cambridge then Oxford then London for the count down.

on that day itself, we met up with Bunny's fren Fung and then met up with his fren, Elaine...

we woke up late that day as i recall coz we were thinking of resting first and then we can party till late plus it has been a long way since we started traveling...><...

we wanted to at least do some sight seeing first so we went to the Science Museum in London which is also free...on the way there, we went thru the park where we saw squirrels!!!

After some photos..which we have quite a few, but i am too lazy to upload..and i am sure u wouldn't want to see a bunch of photos with only squirrels in it...*seriously, there is A LOT*

So after the museum, we went for dinner and then met up with Elaine. we first had a few drinks at a restaurant and wanted to spend the count down in the restaurant itself as it was chaos outside...actually the original plan was to count down at the Big Ben, but then there was way too much ppl and we didn't want to stand...so ya, the restaurant is the best option..mana tau, at 10 something, the restaurant call for LAST call..and that it was going to close!! we were like WTF!!! some more it was another 2 hours till midnight.

so we came out, with no clue of where we were going to go..and most of the place dun let others in any more, as the place was too crowded...

but eventually, we found a club and went in for 15 pounds per pax...

and then we continue drinking till the midnight...i was already tipsy by the time the clock strikes...+_+

yes, so we can get home for free with the underground...

i can still remember that Siu Bo was tugging me and Bunny home as she was the only sober one..haha..

while ~~walking~~ squeezing with the people, i started laughing with a Russian guy for no reason..that guy was also drunk as i recall, and then later Bunny join in..hahha!! it was hilarious, three of us was laughing so hard for no reason and it last for like 2 min... Eventually, Siu Bo have to scold and ask us to shut up!!!

so, the end of the day was that we manage to reach the hotel safely ^^

Today is my second day in London. Spend the whole day shopping for my stuff..hahahha…anyway, since i have not been blogging for such a long time. I will try and update my recent trip till to the United Kingdom. As all of u know that my trip started in Budapest and then i took a bus to Vienna then another bus to Prague and finally to Cambridge by plane.

The first day in Budapest was so cold..i can’t remeber what was the temperature but it was damn cold !!!!! we had our first dinner at a pizza place where we met a good looking Hungarian guy ^^

At night, when Siu Bo finally finish her report, she join us for dinner at an Italian restaurant when it got great compliment from BunBun. She was adding points to the restaurant till it reach the top. After dinner, we went for a walk at the Dina river and took a few photos on the Chain Bridge where it connects the Buda district and Pest district.

Day 3 we explore the Buda Castle District where there are the Fisherman’s Bastion, Buda Castle as well as the Matthian Church. Most of the time we were in doors as it was FREEZING outside. Now the next destination was Vienna where the cost of living was way expensive then Budapest. Before in Budapest, the condition of the train, i can describe as a rusty box with wheels on it….hahahhhhahaha… while in Vienna the trains were upgraded in a more sophisticated country. Day1 was when we arrive and settle in the hotel, we went to the St. Stephen’s Catheral and finally found a restaurant and ate the local Vienna glaush. I can’t really explain the day by day travel but we went to the Library meseum as well as the KHM museum. The day before we left, we went and watch the oprera with Mozart and Strasse with ballet and opera singers. It was beautiful ^^ on of the things that i wanna do on my list.

After Vienna, we went to Prague, where it was back to a more back dated country where the train was back to a rusty box…but a more well maintain rusty box..hahahha !! we first went out for a walk and found out that our hotel is actually in the center of the city and all the attraction in within mins walk from our hotel. So eventually i can say that i walk through this the whole part of Prague. We went to the famous Prague Castle, the Minute House and a bunch of many other names that i dun rmb..hahahah !! we spend our Christmas in a restaurtant eating the local dish..it was a wonderful meal !!

We took the plane to Cambrige where we walk around the place feeling like a gruate of the University while Siu Bo went crazy shopping. Lolx, what can i say..girls will be girls… and then when we finally finish with the sightseeing, we went join her shopping spree...finally when we were all too tired to move, we catch the next bus to Oxford where it was on the 28th of Dec. We went to the famous Bicester Street where all the branded outlets are having sale. I didn’t take any pictures there because all of us were so busy shopping. But u can imagine from Gucci, DKNY, Diesel to Guess, YSL, Burberry, and not to mention Prada and Jimmy Choo. So after all the spending, off to the next destination which is main city LONDON !!! On the second day of being in London, i had done all the shopping that i need to do ^^

other places i will update on another day..i am very sorry that there is no photo but as all of u know that my lappy is in a coma..so i can't retrive all my photos...maybe u can jz view it on facebook...hahha!!!

the FUCKERS from HongKong

hey people, sorry for not blogging for such a long time..
i´m on my Christmas vacation and it takes all my enegy and i am worn out for the day...well, so far i have been to Budapest and i am currently in Vienna but will be leaving to Prague tomorrow.
so! before i start my hedious complaints, i would like to ask how is ur Christmas preparation??
broght all the gifts already?
my trip in Budapest is still in progress. u will have to read it later, or i might just update it with the other´s trip.so! back to my complaints..
i guess after this holiday trip, i have one conclusion...
dun go holiday with the people that u know are troublesome...
especially 'HongKies'...

why u may ask?!!
well, for starters, they will tell u about the history of THEIR country and the FACT is that they belong to China...
it´s not that they dun admit it..but they just dun like it...and the fustrating part is, they will pretend that they dun mind but in fact they do..and then they will find something to get back at u so that u will feel angry..
the second part is(this is directed to a specific person) HE this so damn highly of himself...
of course when u tell him that, he will denied it and
say that he doesn´t but trust me, that fucker ALWAYS insists on his damn opinion.
third part is that he is so darn small gas!!!
ok, let me just pause, and change the whole topic, this should be about this Man i am holidaying with...
soo!! back to his small gasness!! he WILL remember VERY small detail of unfairness that he has experience. like that time, i ate instant noodle in a frens room and i post it on facebook saying ´noodles time´~~~ he got angry coz i tak ajak dia...but i ask him to come down( it was one floor down from his room) and he refuse.
the next time, there was room check in our rooms and the duty manager went and check his room first, he inform my fren(the one that i ate with in the room) but didn´t inform me...T.T
and when i ask why didn´t he inform, he said ´like that day u didn´t ínvite me to eat noodles as well´... WTF!!!!!!
and that is not the only time loooo...so bloody many times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FUCK, i dunno y i have this kind of fren...ZZZZZZ.....
he is also very vain!! will complaint about how ugly i am....most of the time..and at times, say that i´m stupid or brainless..and he is not the only one, another one from hong kong as well... just the other day she ask me to bring my brain out the next time...
so let me ask u...
would u enjoy a trip with this kind of people??
i dunnno how u feel, but i DEFINATELY dun want to!
demanding, selfish, no gentalman(mostly coz his gay) and small gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thirsty Thursday and Excursion to Martigny

I came back from dinner.
I slept like 2 hours when i got back from Martigny ><

Let u start my whole day from Thursday, then u can get the whole picture of what is happening. Yesterday class ends at about 4 in the afternoon and then i had dinner as usual in Garden's cafe. Juno and Bunny are heading over to paradise for pool as Howie ajak them. So, eventually I followed.

Before i continue, let me just tell u that Sofia and my dear sayang is dragging me out for drinks the same night. So! i went to Paradise and message Sofia that I will be in Paradise, so they can meet me there as well. I was in Paradise until about 11 then Sayang and Sofia came and join for awhile, and after about an hour or two, i left with them to Club Millesime, at that moment in time i was already tipsy, coz i lose to that Idiot Juno at the game of 'fifteen, twenty' *read it in Cantonese*

Later in the club, Sofia was paying to see me drunk...so i had like i think only 4 shots of tequila..and i was drunk..useless ><.... after that, my memory is in fragments..lolx, but of course i can remember what is going on..but i can't actually straight..huhuhhhu!!!

Yup! from all that to the next morning having an 8 o clock class... I woke up still feeling drunk and smelling like tequila... Gosh!! that would be the 1st and last ><

so, in class me and Sayang was trying very hard to sit straight coz if my head is a lil low, my head would start to spin @@

after that, we had a photo session for the school magazine, and then after lunch at 11 we hurry to change so that we can get on the bus to Martigny. The museum don't allow us to take photos within the gallery, so i can only google the painting that caught my attention ^^

A usual day in Paradis

So! we went to H&M for some shopping and then went for dinner~ after dinner we just decide to drop by Paradis for some pool ^^
